SECTION 1: ELIGIBILITY AND TIMELINE
- 7-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Qualified Defects: Claims are valid only for manufacturing defects related to design, workmanship, or materials.
- Condition: Items must be in their original delivery condition. This includes all original packaging (boxes, plastics, manuals) and all inclusions such as accessories, freebies, or bundled products.
SECTION 2: HOW TO START A CLAIM
- To begin the process, please email us at support@jgactechnologies.com with the standard format*.
- Required Document: You must present the Original Sales Invoice to process any refund or exchange.
*Subject Line: Warranty: [Sales Invoice #] + [Item Name]
SECTION 3: EVALUATION AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS
- Manufacturer Approval: Decisions regarding replacements or refunds are subject to the final discretion of the Manufacturer, Distributor, or their Authorized Service Centers.
- Logistics & Handling: While JGAC Technologies Co. facilitates the replacement process, all shipping, handling, and transportation costs for the return and delivery of units shall be the responsibility of the Client.
SECTION 4: AVAILABILITY AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a brand-new unit with equivalent specifications. The following price rules apply:
- Higher Price: The Client pays the difference in cost.
- Lower Price: JGAC Technologies Co. will refund the difference. We cover all processing fees.
