Shipping Policy
This shipping policy sets out how JGAC Technologies Co. shall fulfill its customer's orders once these are confirmed.
JGAC Technologies Co. is committed to deliver the products in its best condition to its customers as efficient and effective as possible.
Delivery Fulfillment Method
Delivery and shipment of orders within the Philippines shall be fulfilled by either of the following:

1. Orders within Metro Manila and Bulacan: JGAC Technologies Co.'s own Logistics team
2. Orders outside of Metro Manila and Bulacan: Accredited 3rd party partner couriers (3PL) as long as the location is within the 3PL's serviceable network. The above delivery fulfillment options have full freight insurance which shall be shouldered by JGAC Technologies Co. This is to ensure that your orders are safe in-transit to your doorsteps.
In case that the delivery location is outside of serviceable area, the customer shall nominate his/her courier of choice to pick up the ordered product at JGAC Technologies Co.'s main office. In this case, JGAC Technologies Co. will inform the customer on the availability date of his/her order. The freight insurance shall be shouldered by the customer. JGAC Technologies Co. will not be liable for any damages, loss, and costs incurred during the product's transport if the courier is nominated by the customer.

JGAC Technologies Co. is not liable for any delays or non-delivery that are beyond the limitations of our company's scope which can be, but not limited to, any of the following:

1. Delays in Manufacturer's production and/or shipping
2. Unavailability or limited stocks of parts, chips, and other components that are used to manufacture the product
3. Port Congestion
4. 3PL's own logistics fleet and/or processes
5. Force Majeure
6. Unavailability of the customer or authorized representative
7. Incomplete or incorrect address
Other Shipping Information

1. Customer is responsible to provide JGAC Technologies Co. accurate and complete delivery information as well as any special instructions or information needed for the delivery (i.e., will pass through a tight passage, delivery drop-off point is at a high floor with no elevator, etc.)
2. JGAC Technologies Co.'s own Logistics service or ant of its accredited 3PL will call the customer once the next drop-off point will be the customer's area. If unable to receive upon delivery, our Logistics team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. Beyond the alloted time, the order will be rescheduled for delivery on a later date which depends on the availability of the fleet, subject already to a delivery charge.
3. For subdivisions, condominiums or buildings that require a special permit to enter, the customer shall prepare and settle all necessary permits and/or gate passes and fees as required by your association before delivery. JGAC Technologies Co. will inform the customer of the delivery date at least 2-3 days prior delivery date. JGAC Technologies Co. is not responsible for processing these documents and fees.
4. Once the delivery address is indicated in the order, it will be considered as a valid and final drop-off point for the ordered items.
5. In case that the customer whom the order is named with cannot receive the order, he/she should leave an authorization letter to the alternative receiver with his/her valid ID.
6. Any delays in delivery including Clauses #3 and #5, will be subjected to charges as stated in Clause #2 of this section.
