Shipping Policy

At JGAC Technologies, we are committed to delivering your technology solutions in peak condition, as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our fulfillment process once your order is confirmed.

SECTION 1: DELIVERY METHODS. FULFILLMENT AND FEES

Delivery terms and applicable fees are finalized during the Quotation (RFQ) stage and confirmed upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO).

  • Metro Manila & Bulacan: * FREE Delivery: Provided for orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold as specified in your JGAC Quotation.

Standard Delivery Fee: Applies to orders below the minimum threshold. This fee will be clearly itemized in the Quotation.

  • Other Regions (Other Serviceable Areas): * Fulfilled via accredited 3rd Party Logistics (3PL).

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be included in the final Quotation for approval.

SECTION 2: INCOTERMS AND FREIGHT INSURANCE

The responsibility for insurance and risk is defined by the fulfillment method and the Incoterms 2020 agreed upon in the Purchase Order (PO).

  • JGAC Standard Delivery (DAP - Delivered at Place): For all deliveries handled by JGAC or our accredited partners, we provide full freight insurance. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the vehicle arrives at the destination and is ready for unloading.
  • Customer-Nominated Pickup (FCA - Free Carrier): If the client opts to use their own fleet or a non-accredited courier:

The client incurs all costs for freight insurance.

Risk transfers to the client the moment the goods are handed over at the JGAC warehouse gate.


SECTION 3: ESTIMATED DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Lead times are calculated in working days (Monday–Friday) from the date of Order Confirmation.

  • Metro Manila and Bulacan: In Stock: 3-5 days; Order basis: 30-45 days
  • Other Luzon Areas: In Stock: 5-7 days; Order basis: 40-45 days
  • Other Areas: Depends on the nominated courier

SECTION 4: SITE ACCESS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Permits & Clearance: The customer is responsible for securing all necessary Gate Passes, Move-in Permits, or Association clearances. JGAC will notify the client of the delivery date 2–3 days in advance to allow for processing.
  • Site Readiness: Customers must disclose delivery constraints (e.g., stairs-only access, narrow passages).
  • Receiving: An Authorization Letter and Valid ID are required if the primary contact on the PO is unavailable to receive the goods.

SECTION 5: FAILED DELIVERY AND RE-DELIVERY

  • Waiting Period: Our drivers/logistics partners allow a 15-minute grace period upon arrival.
  • Re-delivery Fees: If a delivery cannot be completed due to missing permits, absence of an authorized receiver, or incorrect site information, the items will return to the warehouse. A re-delivery charge will apply to the next attempt, regardless of the original order value or free delivery status.

SECTION 6: LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

JGAC Technologies is not liable for delays beyond our operational control, including:

  • Global manufacturer production halts or component shortages.
  • Port congestion or Bureau of Customs (BOC) processing.
  • Force Majeure (Natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest).
  • Delays resulting from the customer's failure to provide accurate info or permits.
