Returns and Exchange
Terms and Conditions
1. Returns and Exchange is allowed within 7 days from date of purchase, as long as the item has manufacturing defects by reason of design, workmanship or materials used.
- a. Kindly contact us at info@jgactechnologies.com with the email subject: Warranty: Sales Invoice # + Item. Our Team will help you on the next steps upon our email confirmation.
- b. The decision to replace the defective unit will be determined by the Manufacturer/Distributor of the item.
2. The original Sales Invoice must be presented when requesting for a refund or exchange.
3. The item must be in its original delivery condition with the packaging (box, plastics, styro, etc) which includes the manual, accessories, and other inclusions such as the freebies and/or bundled products. All of the aforementioned items must be in good physical condition.
4. If the item is subject to full replacement as determined by the Manufacturer/Distributor, JGAC Technologies Co. will replace the unit. All associated costs imposed by the replacement process up to delivery of the replacement unit to Client shall be shouldered by us.
- a. If the model of the unit to be replaced is already not available, JGAC Technologies Co. will offer another brand new unit of the same specifications.
- b. If the cost is higher than the original price, the Client will pay for the additional cost.
- c. If the cost is lower than the original price, JGAC Technologies Co. will refund the remaining cost from the original price with all the refund processing fees shouldered by us.
5. All returns and exchange as well as refunds are conditional upon the discretion of the Manufacturer/Distributor and its Authorized Service Centers.
6. JGAC Technologies Co. reserves the right to modify the Returns and Exchange policies at any time without prior notice.
