Warranty Agreement
Terms and Conditions
1.The Warranty applies only to the products carried or distributed by JGAC Technologies Co. through Manufacturer’s Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
- a. The original Sales Invoice should be presented to the Manufacturer's Authorized Service Center in order to file for warranty claims.

a. In the event that a purchased item from JGAC Technologies Co. is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects by reason of design, workmanship or materials used within 7 days from the purchase date, kindly contact us on info@jgactechnologies.com with the email subject: Warranty: Sales Invoice # + Item. Our Team will help you on the next steps upon our email confirmation.
b. The decision to replace or refund the defective unit will be determined by the Manufacturer/Distributor of the item.

a. If the item(s) has been damaged brought about by accident, misuse, misapplication or abnormal causes (i.e. animal bites or wastes, use of wrong voltage, damages caused by non-original consumables for software, damages caused by fire, floods, earthquakes and other incidental events);
b. If the Manufacturer’s Warranty Seal(s) of the item(s) has been tampered with or altered in any way;
c. If the item’s serial number has been altered, defaced, removed, or tampered in any way
d. If repaired or serviced by unauthorized service centers;
e. If repaired or serviced by unauthorized persons.
Warranty Limitations
1. The Warranty set forth is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or in oral is express or implied.
2. JGAC Technologies Co. serves as a bridge between the Manufacturer and Authorized Service Centers, and is not liable for any delays incurred in releasing warranted items. 3. JGAC Technologies Co. is not liable for any loss or damage of any item(s) checked-in at Authorized Service Centers. 4. JGAC Technologies Co. will not be held liable for units seized or confiscated by authorities due to unlicensed software(s). 5. JGAC Technologies Co. or its Suppliers will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of any product or documentations like computer hardwares/software, accessories, upgrades, etc. including any loss profit or in any claim by any party, even if a representative of our company or it’s suppliers has been advised of the possibility of that damage.
